In 2023, a year marked by the waning of the pandemic and global economic resurgence, EISHO continues its trajectory of rapid expansion. Our talent acquisition journey has been unwavering in alignment with this growth. As of the end of June 2023, EISHO proudly welcomed 51 new team members on board.
The influx of new members has injected fresh vitality into EISHO, but it has also brought along particular challenges:As the company grows, we need help knowing everyone's name. With so many colleagues, how do we identify like-minded individuals?
To address these concerns, EISHO organized a special "Newcomer Welcome Event" on July 21st, allowing the newly joined partners to meet face-to-face.
Helice shared her journey at EISHO, spanning 12 years, from starting as a primary sales representative to climbing the ladder, eventually becoming a supervisor, manager, and the Product Director/Head of the Product Department. Through her own experiences, she conveyed that as long as you have ideas, perseverance, and a willingness to work diligently, EISHO will undoubtedly provide you with a platform to realize your dreams.
Monica shared a series of delightful anecdotes from her tenure at EISHO, recounting her experiences since joining the company. These included EISHO's Chairman, Mr Lu, donning a clown costume to entertain everyone during the annual meeting. She also humorously transformed all company leaders into memes, a creative endeavour that earned her recognition from the leadership. As she recounted these moments, Monica couldn't help but reflect on the passage of time and the growing presence of Gen Z colleagues who have become integral members of the EISHO team.
Subsequently, team members introduced themselves and participated in group activities. Through interactions, everyone had their takeaways. For instance, badminton enthusiasts found like-minded partners to play with, ending their solitude; a Gen Z "fishing enthusiast" met an 80s "fishing enthusiast," hoping they both avoid "casting a line without a catch" in the future.
Eddy started the event with a lighthearted self-introduction: "I come from Pakistan, so you can call me 'Bhati', and since there are plenty of friendly folks here in Guangxi, you can also call me 'Bhati Laobiao'." His words sparked laughter among the attendees.
Eddy recounted his journey of joining EISHO, expressing heartfelt appreciation for Anderson, the business department manager, and HRBP Evelyn. Their invaluable assistance during his interview and onboarding journey left a lasting impression on him. Eddy mentioned how even his weekend request to tour the company premises was met with enthusiastic support from them. He emphasized that EISHO's stellar reputation and the warm reception from its team members motivated him to journey from Shanghai to Guilin and become an integral part of the EISHO family.
As the company continues to expand, the significance of talent becomes even more pronounced. A company's growth depends on both cutting-edge professionals and grassroots colleagues. The former elevates the company's potential with its expertise, pushing its boundaries, while the latter work diligently at the foundation, ensuring its lasting success.
Simultaneously, EISHO not only expands its business across the globe but also attracts talents from various countries. Whether establishing subsidiaries/branches worldwide or welcoming exceptional skills from different nations, EISHO is steadfast toward "internationalization." Consequently, more newcomers are set to join EISHO in the future.
Assisting newcomers in integrating into EISHO and providing them with enhanced platforms for growth remains a steadfast goal for EISHO's unwavering journey.
